Psalm 56:3,4
Whenever I am afraid, I will trust in You. In God, I will praise His word. In God, I have put my trust, I will not fear. What can flesh do to me?

Paraphrase
Faith is a conscious choice to act on God's word. If God's word says it. I must therefore choose to believe and act on it, or else my faith is dead. The starting point for faith is always the Word of God (Romans 10:17) As you begin to praise God for His faithfulness and victory over your situation you will see fear turn and flee. Praise the Lord that our faith is based on His unchanging Word.
